Our CEO, Olav Skogen, took the stage at the iconic Grieghallen — for a conversation about Leadership, Generation Z and how to lead towards a common goal — together with Madelen Kloster, Sara Hamre Sekkingstad, hosted by Carina Olset Hovda.

Olav reflected on his journey from being a top-level alpine skier to a startup founder. “I found the same mindset in the startup world — challenging and pushing myself to see what I can achieve”. “We need more examples of people that creates companies that dare to take risks and achieve great success.”
